I noticed it was quiet on the blog, so I thought I'd throw one in.
This is my hard workin wife, squatting, I believe. What you don't see is she is the only female amongst meat heads. Me being one of them. Anyway, she's worked hard to shed and tone 50 + pounds, so I'm proud of her.
