On November 6,1948 Jerry Eakle & Nancy Gagen were married. Between the years of 1949 and 1966 they were blessed with 9 children. These children in time blessed their Parents with 27 grandchildren who then blessed them again with 15 great-grandchildren.This blog was set up for all of them to keep in touch with each other. I POSTED MY COMMENT UNDER THE WRONG SPOT.... WHAT'S NEW?? ANYWAY, WE ALL NEED TO BE REMINDED OF THIS SPECIAL PERSON ON WHAT WOULD BE HER 101 B'DAY FOR SHE WAS VERY SPECIAL AND HAD AN OUTLOOK ON LIFE WE ALL SHOULD PRACTICE!
Good God I miss her. Honest to God there is not a week that goes by that either I do something that reminds me of her (like lick my fingers when I'm cooking chicken..lol), or something reminds of her ( flies in the house, especially in the winter...she always said she was going to come back as a fly), or just having plain ole' good thoughts about her in my head or sharing them with my kids. She was awesome and will always be missed.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY GRANDMA .... YOU WERE THE BEST!!!!!!
I still cannot kill a fly on or around Thanksgiving!! And for some reason I hate martinis but I love to eat the Olives out of them.We definitely had wonderful grandparents didn't we?
