Thankful For......

We hope everyone had an excellent Thanksgiving....there's lots to be thankful for! Thank you to Nancy and Albert for having us for the weekend....we had a great time. As you can see, Hailey loved spending time with Nanna and Papa.

FIRST SUNDAY OF ADVENT

We should be focusing on the coming of Christ our savior, not thinking

of Jesus' incarnation as an historical event of the past. Try to remember

that His coming into the world is a daily event and we all can do better by

greater faithfulness to Christ and the Gospel. Beyond the Christmas tree

and the beautiful gifts (all a part of the celebration) we need to pray for the

strength to withstand the frustraions that come day-to-day allowing us to

"offer it up", bearing the crosses that will prepare us for eternal life. Do much

praying during these next 4 weeks leading to a happy and Holy Birthday Party!
